I had a great stay here. The rooms are a bit small and hotel was hard to find but once in, it's close to a lot. Got to take the utrain and visit some markets. The staff Denys, Franco and Ana were amazing gave me recommendations on places to go the best foods and drinks even at the hotel bar drinks and food were tasty. Thank you.

Our stay at the niu chain was good as always. Bed was comfy, room was clean and staff was great.The entrance was not easy to find. Staff was great accommodating our very late check in. The hall way was pretty dirty and there was a couple of homeless sleeping in the area in the mornings. But we still felt safe walking home at night.

We enjoyed our stay at The Niu Hide, in Berlin. Very nice hotel, modern, comfortable and the employees are reallly kind and helpful. The breakfast is really good, also.

Nice hotel with very good service 😎

Great place as a base for your trip to Berlin. Very good service and a clean hotel. Nearby tram, underground and train station, so it was very easy to get around. Nice quiz around the corridors and nice wall paintings.

Comfortable, clean , modern, friendly, ideal base

Friendly staff, comfortable, modern, clean, welcoming hotel. Hotel is a great base for touring as it’s really close to both U Bahn and S Bahn stations. Not much of interest locally, just some basic food outlets and a run down shopping centre.

The location of the hotel is excellent, U and S stations are right next to it. The room was small, but really clean and wonderfully cool in hot Berlin. The bed was comfortable and the towels thick and fresh. Breakfast was ok. I would definitely stay again.

The room was clean and the staff very friendly. A good place to stay and sleep but nothing more. With a kids bed in the room, there was hardly space to move around. The breakfast was ok. What makes the hotel very attractive is its location as there are plenty of options for public transport.

Great hotel that I've stayed at twice now. When I came for my second stay I opted for the more basic room as I was travelling solo - would not recommend downsizing. The room felt exceptionally small, even for a single traveller. That being said, our previous room was great. Good breakfast, friendly staff, and a nice bar. Always like the convenience of the location.

Great transport network - U bahn, S bahn - into the centre. Good connections to the airport. Really good location for the major sites. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and had what you needed, but on the small size. Breakfast was plentiful and self-service; convenient. Dining in the evening was not great; late arrival and all that was available was frozen pizza, which was limited in choice. Entry / Exit to property was difficult. Door hidden away and not well signposted. No reception at the entrance, reliant on staff answering a door bell. Overall good location for transportation, but neighbourhood not the best, friendly and helpful staff and clean and tidy rooms.

Good hotel, right above a shopping centre and close to the U and S Bahn. Easy to get to the centre of town and airport. Only thing is that the entrance can be a little confusing as its right by the entrance of the shopping centre.
