"It's a very unique hotel with a lot of history. I honestly would stay again now that the initial shock is over."

"The services at the spa were fantastic. I had the best facial of my life! All the staff was very kind and friendly. The morning breakfast was not very good and only had bagels and egg bites. I would suggest a wider variety of sized robes in the spa. Many ladies had to bring their own from home. They were also kind of stingy with the towels. I recommend the fruit and cheese platter at the spa. It was delicious!"

"Went to check in at 6pm after a long day of traveling to be notified that my room was not ready, they said they will text me in 15 min , 45 min goes by and I go back down to the check in desk and they said the room I originally booked and payed for 2 months in advance was no longer available. Very disappointing. Pool & hot tub is very small overloaded with chemicals you can smell walking down the street from the outing the building.Would not recommend. "

"The breakfast was not worth the extra cost with runny eggs and gray potatoes. Yuck. Our keys did not work in our first room and they had to switch us to another room. The tv in our new room did not work properly and had to be hard reset (shut down and started back up) every time we switched a very channels. One of the elevators had a busted key scan. But, the staff was nice and the rooms were clean."

"Only good person in the hotel was Parking attendant Nate Sloan everyone else were rude specially the black lady front desk just because we were little late checking out they send security to remove us do not stay this ficility"
