"Amazing hotel very clean and comfortable, the bed is soooooo comphy, best sleep. It has a washing machine too which is great. The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast buffet, the hot food was all cold, I got there at 7am and it was stone cold, the hotel trans studio in bandung does a breakfast buffet way better than this hotel, if they were smart they would send their staff to bandung to observe what their buffet is like and copy it. would still come back though as super comphy hotel."

"My kids loved the Family Loft Room. PS5 in the room was perfect.
Drinking water too.
Hotel had Ping Pong table. Enjoyed with my kids.
Staff was very polite and helpful. On my first day Mr. Fattah at the reception was helpful.
Even the staff in the breakfast hall was polite. At th restaurant too.

"Excellent service. For example i was due to check in at 3pm but arrived a lot earlier then that so after a short wait they let me check in early.
The food is excellent. The breakfast buffet has an abundant variety of both delicious local dishes and western.
Really good location too.
