Comfortable, clean, breakfast ok. Good location Free self laundry A bit noisy, we can hear pretty much everything between the rooms. Overall a nice place to stay, correct prices for the quality in Jakarta.

Decent size yet comfortable

It’s a typical big city hotel room. The room is clean and despite its size, the way it was arranged makes it easy to move around. A bigger closet for clothes would be great.

Best service and value for money

Fantastic service. Value for money. Saskia, Leony, Budi, and Joko (manager) and all others were very friendly. I used the GYM, and being vegetarian- I got good breakfast and Indian masala tea and even lunch was perfectly cooked. I recommend this hotel.

Overall hotel experience was alright, room was ok but the pillows were too hard. They should offer both hard and soft pillows. The gym needs a revamp, the treadmills are not good and the overall gym condition also not good. Restaurant was fine, the breakfast buffet experience can be improved.

We did stay for 2 nights, the hotel's location is easily walk from MRT/Sarinah. The staff are friendly and helpful, they also allowed us to check in 1hr earlier. We did ask for new towel because there is cigarette smell on the towel and they changed quickly with the fresh new towel. Overall is good stay at Ashley Hotel

2 nights enjoyable stay at Ashley Hotel

My wife and I enjoyed our 2 nights stay at Ashley hotel, the property looks to be well maintained. Services provided were excellent, however I have 3 small notes: The Staff at the restsurant needs to be more active especislly during the busy breakfast time. On 3 diffirent occasions i was diisappointed: When asking for omelette, for warm drink water and in the evening when asking my manggos be pilled off. I have to repratedly ask for it until I get what I need.

Nice hotels and great location.

Nice room, good breakfast, great location and very clean. The staff are friendly too. It is just a walking distance to many attractions. We walk to the monument, to Thamrin and even to Tanah Abang. The train station is also within the vicinity as well.

The stay was amazing! Thanks to leona whom have prepared the room very nicely for check in. We have good food nearby as well! I will stay in Ashley again. I wish the breakfast have more western choices :)
