Property from outside looks okay; however, once in the room: - First night, bed cover was unclean, there were stains /blotch/ spot on the bed cover, small cockroach on the bed, crawled into my legs. OMG! I immediately requested another room, still stains on the bed cover on the other room. Looked again the next room, until finally got okay. - No phone on the room, so no straight connection to the Front Desk, so I went down to FD. They explained there was an emergency phone in the hallway to communicate to front desk. - There was no electric outlet that fit US plugs (all for local output), and there was no USB outlet either. So, it ended I bought the adapter to accommodate the US plug, to charge my cellphone. - No coffee maker, refrigerator, or microwave. It ended I bought small appliances to make hot water. For me, cleanness of the room is number one when staying in a hotel. Cockroach in the bed is very disgusting. I am not going to stay here anymore. Sorry!

Everything is so good in here!

Its a perfect hotel in Jakarta. Well price with well service. Shower water is hot and aircondition also cold. Bed is clean and bathroom ,too. Waiters are nice and very helpful to help you. Finally, I just can tell you, pop! hotel Pasar Baru is a perfect hotel. Next year I go to Jakarta again I also select it.

Young, fresh and Hipster

The hotel is new. I especially love the concept whereby the youngsters are managing it with professionalism. They tried their best to converse in English and regardless of the timing, they served us with a smile. I have to applaud a staff named Dwi who worked at the pistop. He took the initiative to assist me when my hands were full of food. To add on, his attitude in trying to converse in English should be followed by others. To Anam and Adi they did a fantastic job in arranging our taxi to the airport and handling our bags. If you are looking for a hotel with good service and unique fresh design POP hotel Pasar Baru would be perfect!

Nice Hotel with great Staff

We stayed in POP Hotel pasar Baru for 3 nights in order to explore Jakarta. The Location was good, hotel is new, nice and clean and the staff was really friendly and helpful! Our room was simply furnished (not negative for us) and modern. We got really good value for our money!
