Overall a great experience.

Bathrooms are very spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Room is clean. All was a very good experience. Breakfast was ok with limited choices. Coffee was a bit cold.

I really like the tennis facilities, they also provide facilities for borrowing rackets and balls. The rooms are very clean, and quite spacious too. they have a unique swimming pool shape, and also at evening we can relax in the pool area and it is very comfortable. I will come back to stay again next time.

Beautiful hotel, kept clean really well! Our room came with kids tent and a toddler bed, our 5 year old loved it! Aesthetic and instagrammable lobbies! Only downside was the walls were just slightly thin u could hear from the outside, breakfast variety could be more. A little bit concerned on the swimming pool for kids, there should be a clear wall or railing to separate the paddling pool vs the deep pool as the kids do have a hard time differentiating them and have the tendency to fall into the deeper pool side.

Sauberes, schönes Hotel - sehr aufmerksam

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Hotel Ashley Tengu – von Anfang bis Ende war alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Der Check-In war zwar um etwa eine Stunde verzögert, doch der Grund dafür hat uns absolut begeistert: Als Honeymoon-Gäste wurden wir mit einer liebevollen Überraschung im Zimmer empfangen – kunstvoll gefaltete Handtuch-Schwäne, ein herzlicher Gruß und ein wunderschönes, persönliches Bild, das auf den Spiegel gemalt war. Diese kleine Geste hat uns sofort ein Gefühl von Wertschätzung gegeben und unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Das gesamte Team war ausgesprochen freundlich, das Zimmer sauber und stilvoll, und die Atmosphäre im Hotel sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank für diesen besonderen Empfang – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Smell was terrible the moment I checked in Staffs were very good and always smiling No live kitchen for breakfast 2nd day, I felt suffocated as I smelt dust in the room but looking good Gave my dietary requirement a day in advance and for both the breakfasts - I got the same food instead of variety

Devo dire che avevo altissime aspettative per questo hotel . Molto bello e organizzato e con vista mozzafiato dagli ultimi piani. Le stanze sono belle e spaziose e con tutto l’occorrente ed il personale è molto gentile. La piscina non è davvero niente di che situata al ground floor così come la colazione su cui avevo alte aspettative visti gli altri hotel in Indonesia ma che invece mi ha molto deluso per la varietà e quantità. I tolte, un grande problema è la strada per il taxi che deve fare un giro lunghissimo per poter entrare.

Super Hotel, freundliche Mitarbeiter und sehr modern eingerichtet. Hätte man an der Klimaanlage im Zimmer Einstellungen tätigen können, wärs perfekt gewesen. Leider ging keine Temperatur einzustellen und sehr laut wars auch. Aber sonst wars wirklich fein
