The staff are wonderful! The breakfast buffet was plentiful with numerous options. The concierge team helped me with making a phone call to another island and also quickly found smaller bills so I could change 100,000 rupiah and tip my driver. Everyone was very polite and friendly. My room was clean and spacious. The gym was well equiped. I would highly recommend the hotel.

This was our third stay at the HI Gajah Mada and we loved it again. Booked a premier room which was spacious and located at the cornerend of the floor. This property is clean and nice. The staff is friendly and well-trained. The gym is also very nice, with a good selection of equipment. However, due to MRT construction, you must understand there is a bit of traffic near the area.
