「The hotel was opened 3 months ago. The rooms were nice but the design was strange .Microwave and refrigerator were way too low. If you did not move in the room, the A/C shut off. Breakfast was ok, not great. Staff, especially the repair engineer was great. Two elevators, but one shut down for half a day. Location of hotel was good, entrance to parking lot was a little strange.」

「The employees were great! The balconies are dingy and in need of some love. That goes for the pool as well. I didn’t feel comfortable letting my child swim in it. Also needs some umbrellas to allow some shade. The room itself was clean.」

「Staff is always so courteous. Jim worked the front desk at nights and he was very nice and helpful. There was a couple arguing in the hallway outside our door and he immediately came up and handled the situation. The breakfast is always great and plentiful. I always recommend holiday inn express. You always know you will have a great stay.」

「There was blacd mold on the ceiling. Smelled like weed everywhere.」

「Seemed like an older hotel that needs some TLC and not the level I expect from Courtyard. Elevator was broke part of our stay, the room was very humid and the sheets felt damp, and there were footprints on the ceramic tile floor and a few other minor housekeeping issues. The pool was down for maintenance as well. Beds were clean and comfortable.」

「Great place, very clean and the view was beautiful. Only downside was they only had 3 handicap spots and the paid parking was a very long walk. They had valet but we like to do it ourselves. They didn’t have enough bag carts and wanted to put you on a waiting list to get one. Also, only had elevators at one end of the resort and it was a very long walk to the gulf view rooms.」
