「Just came off a cruise and wanted some down time. Perfect location, close to the beach and a very large room. Felix, who was on duty, was extremely helpful with extra washcloths and a blanket. I plan to stay there again.」

「Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. I like them, but fogive me cannot remember their names.」

「Das Housekeeping kommt nur auf Anfrage. Das erfährt man beim Front Desk, wenn man sich gewundert hat, dass am nächsten Tag die Zimmer nicht gereinigt, die Betten nicht gemacht und auch keine frischen Handtücher da sind. Also, haben wir das Housekeepingfür den nächsten Tag bestellt. Leider ist diese auch nicht gekommen, trotz Anfrage. Wir hatten sozusagen drei Tage lang keine gemachten Betten, es wurde nicht geputzt und Handtücher gewechselt. Diese hat man sich dann immer selbst am Front Desk...
