"Clean room, good breakfast!"

"The first room I was assigned was unmade, then bed was mot made there was a bag of bar bags and a half a cup of liquid with a straw in a Wawa cup. The. Bathroom light was on and there was trash in on the floor. I went to the front desk arriving late due to a meeting I was coming from for initial check in. I informed the front desk and they brushed it off and then the gentleman who was a young man working the desk came up with me to see give me another room. He checked the one with me in person and said, “Is this one okay?” Very rude. Regardless it was now almost 2am. I drove three hours to get there for a Marine Corps League Convention. I took the room and then a shower. The shower rod was broken off the wall which unnoticed when I slide the curtain over, and the shower head sputtered water out. I had to manipulate it to make it somewhat stay in a position on the dial of the shower head to where water somewhat sprayed out with a hiss. Water regardless was shooting out of the shower die to the broken curtain rod. I only went back to sleep and when the weekend hit it got loud and cars were racing their engines outside the hotel from 22:00 - 0:00. My window was on the parking lot side btw not the road side. I left on Sunday and have six red legion marks on my skin from bed bugs. I got when I was there. Called for a form of refund or settlement to no evaluation the gentleman hung up on me. So please don’t stay here!!"

"I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel and would give it 0 stars if that were an option. The entire place was extremely dirty from the moment I walked in. To make matters worse, I actually saw a rat run across the front area, which was shocking and completely unacceptable. At one point there was nobody at the front desk. My room even had a dirty socks seems like from the previous visitor. I bought Clorox wipes to clean evething and paper towels The staff was unorganized. The pool was filthy and not even in service, despite being advertised as an amenity. The same goes for the gym, it was supposedly available, but in reality it was closed, and the windows were so dirty you could barely see through them. To make matters even worse, I paid extra for a city view, which was a complete waste of money. The windows were so dirty that there was barely any view at all. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place."

"The manager is a crazy scammer. He steals your deposit and that’s why he won’t let you use a credit card only cash deposit."

"Prior to our trip we called and spoke to Saffire and she nicely answered all our questions about our room etc. It was nice to know everything was arranged. Once we arrived we met Gentle and he was extremely helpful during the check in process. We got to our room and were amazed about how nice it was, as the hotel underwent a huge renovation. The 2 big issues we had with the room was the barn door that slides between the closet and bathroom would stick and it was hard to get the door to move. The other was normal dressers don't exist in the room. The room had one small dresser with a grill to store items. It did have a fridge and microwave. The beds were a little hard, but comfortable and being next to the airport you could still get a decent night sleep. The breakfast was the regular Hampton Inn breakfast,but good. My son enjoyed the pool, but we didn't use the fitness room. This Hampton Inn was one of the nicest ones we've stayed at and would definitely return. "

"Stains on the sheets"

"The location is gorgeous. So close to Philly, Historic Smithville and Atlantic City. No issue with “things to do” on property or near by. It only gets three stars as I expected a much higher level of customer experience. The hotel was busy! Soccer teams, private parties, golf groups, tourists etc. The room wasn’t ready at check in. There was only one bar tender in packed bar who was also serving the tavern. Worst martini, ever. It was served with crushed ice in it? Room service went to voice mail - tried for thirty minutes and gave up. Called front desk and the Staff manager took our order by text and we had to walk to the front desk to get our order. Hand sanitizer & wipes were empty in the gym. Dark and ambiguous walk back to the hotel from the far self-serve parking lot. 1/2 finished Bar drinks from the night before were still in the ladies bathroom (in the lobby) the next morning. There is a big sign posted “Quiet Hours 10pm - 6am” which was a farce. The two rooms next to us had multiple people visiting and were disturbingly loud which went on well past midnight. The good parts are that the Bed and the linen was exquisite. Good space in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast was nice. Omelette station was excellent as were the amount of healthy food choices. "
