The staff threatened us over some party decorations threatened to commit fraud and claim damages and wanted to charge an additional $300 DO NOT waste your money here they act nice and treat you like crap once they get your money,the hotel room beside us kept calling the cops simply because we were talking and manager did nothing to intervene and yes apparently he called her first!! Never coming here again definitely disputed this awful behavior and experience

Disabled Veteran with a service dog, I was denied my reservation due to a mysterious allergy that one of the staff that wasnt there has. After i drove 3 hrs in heavy traffic on Thanksgiving day. Nice roght! The man at the counter was pleasant but the land monster who manages the place is the reason that we were the only car in the parking lot. STAY FAR AWAY

It was a good stay for my budget. The rooms are soundproofed as in I can’t hear my neighbor in their room but you can hear everything going on outside of the door. The staff was barely there at times. My room had a weird layout. Overall pretty clean and a very safe stay.

The attendee at the check in office seemed rude that I came in 15 min prior to check-in time after driving from 2 states to enjoy a weekend, got checked in and moments later while getting changed for the beach she didn’t knock or anything before pressing in the code to the door and entering while getting changed. The secondary lock on the door is broken so that didn’t help, I told her to close the door and leave but she continued standing at the door for about a minute before I shut it and she left exclaiming she was looking for room 104 as I was 103. Completely unprofessional and won’t be coming back to this chemical soaked hole.

This motel is fine for a one night stay just outside of Atlantic City. The rooms are about what I’d expect for the price. Although there were unidentified insects on the towels in our bathroom the morning of check out. Didn’t bother to mention it to the owner as she comes off as cheerful and accommodating as long as you agree with her.

Only issue was when we arrived, three staff members were sitting in the check-in area but none were able to help us, and only after 15 minutes did one think to grab the manager who was speaking on a personal call for the duration of check-in.

My Weekend Getaway.

My room was very good. There was a couch and bed with refrigerator and desk. It was very clean when I walked in. The bathroom was also clean, however the bathtub looked old and not as cleaned. Other than that, my stay was very pleasant. No noise from neighbors and area is quiet. This was my second time staying here. Honestly the room I got this year looked better/nicer than the one I got last year. I would stay here again. Staff is very nice, friendly and helpful.

Seems like people are living there on a semi permanent basis. Hanging around outside at all hours. The linens were DIRTY. The tub dripped all night!!! No access to ice after 8pm as you had to ask the front desk staff for it but they leave at 8pm. Free narcan available in the lobby. Place looks like it was being held together with duct tape and chewing gum. I’m surprised I didn’t see a roach or rat !! Ugh

The only positive thing I have to say is that the booking was available on the same day. However, the bed sheets were dirty and stained. Also, the room was HOT. The ac did not work longer than 3 minutes and kept shutting off. The toilet was clogged and I had to ask for a plunger to unclog it myself. After complaining about the hot room and non working ac, a worker came and brought a small fan. I spoke with the manager briefly and she said she would reach back out to me and i have not heard from her. Worse stay ever. Super disappointing. It was brutal.

This property seemed to have limited options for travel/contractor workers needing temporary lodging for work in the area. It would have been helpful if this property had 24/7 staff at the front desk to assist with patron needs outside of the 9a to 5p dayshift hours. It also would have helped to have an after hours (9p to 9a) call service to record non-urgent messages and, an On-call 24hr contact number for emergencies. This prperty lacked both options for patrons.
