"Absolutely awful and unsafe experience. I booked this hotel for a cheer competition and arrived after a 6-hour drive with my three young children and our dog. From the moment we entered the lobby, the atmosphere felt off. There was a woman sitting there who appeared homeless, which immediately raised concerns. While checking in, my 7-year-old needed to use the restroom, and staff repeatedly insisted she go alone, which was completely unacceptable. We got our keys and headed to the room, but the conditions were shocking. The hallways had visible damage, including holes in the ceiling, and the smell was overwhelming—a strong urine odor throughout. It was disgusting. When I opened the room door, it was clearly filthy and falling apart, so we didn’t even step inside. To make matters worse, another individual who did not appear to be a guest was riding a bicycle through the hallway near our room. The entire environment felt unsafe, unsanitary, and honestly gave off the kind of unsettling feeling you’d expect from something you’d see in a trafficking documentary. I immediately requested a refund. The manager first offered a “nicer side,” then denied the refund and claimed I was lying. Thankfully, I had photos and Expedia issued the refund. If you value your safety, your children’s safety, and basic cleanliness—do NOT stay here."

" It wasn’t clean enough. My deposit wasn’t return after like 2 weeks or more z I had to call hotel more than once to get it back. No reason for holding it. "

"This property is run down, desperately in need of upgrades in every area. Asked for a non-smoking room, as soon as I walked in the room all I smelled was stale cigarette smoke. The drain in the bathroom sink was clogged. Toilet didn’t flush well. Tub looked gross. Mattress had stains all over it. I wasn’t expecting much for $80/night but the hotel pictures fooled me into thinking it was actually a decent place to stay and I was totally misled. Oh well. Live and learn. At least the guy at the front desk was nice to us "
