"WeI were given a room on the first level , it was the loudest accommodation possible. We could here foot traffic, elevators and the noise from the highway. We were unable to sleep that night , the next morning we insisted we be move to a higher level in the hotel. We made reservations weeks in advance so I don’t understand why the hotel employee placed us in that noisy room. We are seniors and after four hours of driving, we were hoping to get a good night sleep. "

"The room was clean and spacious it had the perfect amount of towels and stuff to use if needed. Staff was so nice! We were just there for a night but def would’ve loved to stay longer so close to the beach!"

"Good air conditioning. Nice to have a smaĺl restaurant on property, although we didnt use it due to strange environment. Nice that there is a shuttle offered, although we couldn't take advantage of that perk as it doesn't start early enough for first flight out. I had sent 4 emails a month in advance of stay, and never received a response back. Tried to get shuttle to pick us up after cruise, was put on hold for 17min and then had to pay for an Uber. Got to hotel and had to have been probably 30 people waiting for shuttles and checking in. We checked in early and they took our phone number to call when room was ready. Never got a call, which makes for a long day of traveling and waiting around. Room was clean and cool, but the bed was saggy and horribly uncomfortable. We paid $200 for one night stay. Approximately 12 hours total, zero sleep, not able to take advantage of the ammenities."

"There were insufficient towels. I didn't ask for more, but since I stayed two nights and not your typical 1 I thought I'd be offered without asking. Given the price it was okay. Yet, I found management to be a bit short-sighted in not recognizing there might be return customers. I requested to check out of my room at 1pm and was informed that I would need to pay a $30 late fee for that. That left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth given my time stranded there due to a NY Snow storm that kept on canceling my return flight home. "
