「This place is in a convenient location on the west side of town. You can walk to restaurants. However, this motel was very dirty—stained hallway carpeting, faint smell of cigarette smoke, people were loud at night. The room itself was pretty clean. Water pressure not so good. Doubt I’ll stay here again.」

「The location is a perfect for Restaurants,Shopping and easy access to downtown Waterloo.Waterpark is a 10 minute drive. This is our second year in a row at this property and will stay next year. Only complaint is both years the parking is under construction. 「This was an amazing place to stay! Clean and immaculate rooms. The beds were comfortable and clean. They had DIRECTV for service for watching TV. Their breakfast service was decent and delicious. The staff was attentive and took care of anything we needed. This is a great place to stay quite comfortable. I will be staying there again if I come back.」
