「Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. 」

「The staff were amazing, set up a beautiful cake for our anniversary. Also were really warm and helpful whenever we walked through the lobby. The room and gym spa was also new and loved the style. Nice to have the spa in a busy city like Istanbul 」

「Oda gayet temizdi, sadece biraz küçüktü ama sorun olacak kadar değil. Manzarası ve konumu gerçekten mükemmeldi. 」

「位於新城區，離加拉達塔很近，距離獨立大街及塔克辛廣場也不遠。有不同風格的房間，這次選的是日式風格，整體住起來算舒適、價格也算合理，但飯店位在半山丘，自由行拉行李會稍微吃力一些，推薦給來伊斯坦堡自由行的朋友們。」

「Extremely new hotel in a very conveinent location. Can walk across the bridge to the Old Town area and within walking distance to Taksim (which is not so interesting tho). Excellent breakfast and superb view from the restaurant especially the upper floor (a bar). Dinner serves delicious Italian food if you don’t love Turkish food like me. Some noise on Sat night till 1am though and shower door has poor design which makes the floor flood.」
