"Not only were the staff friendly and helpful during our check-in, they also had our suitcases already ready for us in our room (we shipped it from our previous hotel in Tokyo)! We got an unexpected complimentary upgrade to the top floor and had one of the most beautiful views of Osaka. The room itself is huge (plenty of space for my friend and I and our 4 luggages) and the beds are bigger than usual. The hotel staff also helped fill out the necessary details to help us ship our suitcases to our next hotel location. We had an amazing AYCE buffet experience here, right before our full day at Universals which was only a less than 5 minute walk from our hotel, due to its attractive location on their CityWalk. Cannot recommend this hotel enough for its location, quality, and price point ❤️"
