"The best location. We have stayed here multiple times. The staff is always wonderful and the rooms are clean and well appointed. My only complaint is the laundry doesn’t dry. A bummer to wash and try to dry clothes at the hotel (endless dry cycles and soggy clothes hanging in our room) only to hike to a local coin laundry to do proper wash. But everything else about this hotel is amazing and worth the effort to do laundry elsewhere."

"Hotel location is a 5 minute walk to Shibuya Crossing, shopping center and restaurants. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I would rate everything a 5 with a exception of hotel drop off. There is no specific place where taxis can drop you and your luggage off. It was a struggle for us traveling with kids and with 6 luggage. We were dropped and picked up around the corner and we had to have someone watch our luggage while we walk and take all our belongings to thw side elevator."

"We stayed for four nights, The room was spacious Excellent location, wonderful stay and top-class service. I would like to thank all staff for their politeness and professionalism. Thank to housekeeping team for keeping the room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Rooms were almost soundproof from outside noise. There is laundry machines and vending machines and a gym. Lobby area is big and nice they serve free welcome drinks for the guests in afternoon. The hotel has an incredible connection to the train network just downstairs plus restaurants, cafe, izakaya, some supermarkets and departmental stores., and lots of stores to shop all this just downstairs. You need at least few days just to explore nearby stores and facilities In our next trip we will definitely consider staying at this hotel again!"

"Nice place. Rooms small, but that’s Tokyo for you. Long walk from Shibuya station, which is complicated to work out ! Shibuya crossing not to be missed. Incredibly busy. Room needs washing machine instructions fully in English. Tokyo is a great place, but not easy to get around to the various places to visit, and be prepared to do a lot of walking."

"The absolute only place we will ever stay in Tokyo! The staff went above and beyond. It’s the perfect location in Shibuya. It’s extremely clean and comes with great amenities and as we all know, a lot of places in Tokyo have small rooms and the rooms here were definitely very spacious. Thank you so much to all those who helped me and my fiancé while we were there.!"
