"Very clean. Nice staff. Everything you could need in a place to crash in the shibuya area. Nice mall right across the road with fun food court in the basement.
Only downside is that the rooms are tiny (twin beds are both on same base and in the corner so one person has to scoot off the end) and the sink is outside the bathroom so no way to quietly brush teeth or wash up if the other occupant is sleeping. I recognize this smallness is common so not docking a ton of points but the reality is that despite the pristine nature of the space, you won’t want to hang out in the room. What’s that you say? You’re there to see all the sights and won’t be spending much time in the room? Maybe, but after 3 days of typhoon 25 during silver week, a more capacious bolt hole would have been nice. To be clear, no fault of the property, which is excellent. Just one of those things.
Other nice things:
Laundry area was clean and worked well. 500 yen for a wash and 100 yen for ten minutes of drying. Machines already have detergent so no need to bring any.
Common room has plates, cups etc and also water and ice. Apart from the music, which was not to my taste, it’s a good little space to have a coffee.
