Room was clean, space was more narrow however you are in shibuya, one of the hearts of Tokyo where it is more limited. Would have been nice to have at least a chair or two to sit on, with the small guest table, if space was available. Location is fantastic, close to Meiji shrine, shibuya station, shops, etc.

The breakfast was amazing and fresh with 6 options of entrees but also a small buffet, they clean and restore everything , every other day for your room so it’s not long of a wait, the location is amazing and semi isolated in a very populated district, you are above everything but accessible to everything. The staff was super friendly and can speak enough english t9 help, but remember to leave some Japanese to get you by. Love this place and will be staying again. I felt at peace and in a clean environment.
