The breakfast was ok
The locations is very good
Had a really excellent sleep
Our room was a family room and felt spacious for 2 people
There is no water in the room that’s weird.
You cannot take your coffee to the room and they have no take away paper cups
I guess best for the planet ?
Very nice hotel with great amenities, their breakfast was wonderful and so delicious. Small rooms but very typical in tokyo. We loved that it was only 2 min walk from the train station and it was so convenient. There’s also konbini and a pharmacy next to the hotel, lots of food options around the area. We will definitely book again.
Great location! Being near the station allowed access to busier areas like shibuya and shinjuko without the high activity. Clean , and pristine, and lots of dining nearby.
The rooms had ample space. I loved having a washer and dryer in the room. Breakfast was fabulous. We had easy access to trains and easily went everywhere.
Great location, railway station very close. Hotel very clean, modern. Staff very pleasant, however some staff do not easily communicate in English, but still do their best to assist. Breakfast very good, recommend to order additional options in the morning available from their menu in addition to buffet. Rooms are a bit small, not a lot of room to easily place luggage on the floor and no closet to place clothes if you book the less expensive rooms. Over all we were very satisfied staying at this hotel.
The hotel was very clean and the staff were great. Breakfast was really good, especially the French toast and croissants. It was easy to get to the metro, and having a FamilyMart and Lawson nearby was convenient for snacks and drinks. The washer/dryer in the room was a big plus for our trip. We had a comfortable stay and would stay here again.
Hotel was modern and very clean, but the room was so tiny. No house keeping during our week stay, no wardrobe or storage space although they managed to find room in the bathroom for a washer/dryer! Shower was positive point.
Great location. They charge for make a bed for ¥700. No coffee pod or tea bag provided. If you are sensitive about the noise from train, this hotel is not a good option.
The most amazing stay for our family. The modern hotel not only was a beauty with the interiors, but the staff and management delivered white glove service with a boutique-style warmth. Jiro, the manager, was so hospitable and tended to every question and need during our first visit to Tokyo. The food at the restaurant was delicious with a gourmet-level Italian menu in the evening. The hair products were RaFe, a luxury brand in Japan! Complimentary pajamas for each family member! We left our hearts in a Tokyo, but we know when we return next year, we will stay at Tokyo Stay Ebisu.
I've always loved the Ebisu area of Tokyo for a couple of decades now. Now with this hotel right in the heart of it, I can live there too! It makes it so much more convenient for me, almost too convenient. All my favorite bars and restaurants in Tokyo are located within a couple of blocks of the hotel. Will certainly be back.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but we would like to feedback on a few areas.
We stayed on the 10th floor and frequently noticed strong cooking smells, such as fried food or curry, in the room despite keeping the windows properly closed. This may be due to the ventilation system, and we hope the hotel can look into it.
We also noticed some white specks on the sofa and did not feel comfortable sitting on it or placing our belongings there. A thorough deep cleaning of the sofa would be appreciated.
Breakfast and lunch were also mostly Western. For a hotel in Japan, it would be nice to have more Japanese and Asian options available.
Super convenient location within a minute to both H line and JR line. Brand new facility as of March 2026. Washer/dryer combo works fantastic. Will stay here again!
Perfect location. One station away from shibuya and close to station. Very clean. Staff is very sweet, also helped us with luggage transfer. Will definitely recommend.
The room was small for two ppl, but very clean, and every square foot of space was nicely organized and useful. The shower was wonderful. Loved the welcome tea at check in and then the ice cream in the room.
The hotel just opened in March, so it is very fresh. The rooms are super quiet. They are a little small, but normal for Tokyo. Each room has a washer/dryer unit, so you can travel light. Breakfast was great. The staff is so attentive and polite. I will return.
