「Very nice family」

「There was a snafu at check in and I got the keys for the wrong room. The front desk staff caught the error before I reached the room and called me and had the right keys waiting when I came back. Yes, it was an error at check in; but, it was very quickly and professionally handled.」

「Check in was strange. Went to put code in for the room and the door pushed open without unlocking. The door was not latched. We chose to not stay. Felt very uncomfortable with the whole situation.」

「The location worked out great for us. The hotel met our needs but could have been cleaner. It feels a bit unsafe due to being a motel and people hanging around in the parking lot. The staff did not wear any uniform or look professional which was a bit unsettling.」
