"Lovely setting, great welcome, food superb, staff friendly and helpful
We had the suite (kingfisher) which was an excellent room except for a radiator being stuck on in the bathroom. The lady in charge (lovely lass) managed to get it sorted as the outside temp was up in the 30’s!!!
If I have any criticism of the room, a little use of bleach would have gone a long way but please don’t let that put you off. The place is very very good. This is our second time staying and it definitely won’t be...

"Adequate car parking, good location for Lyndhurst hight street. No air conditioning in King Rufus suite. It was a hot summers day. Lift out of action the second day of our visit. A mini fridge in the room would be helpful. The hotel is in need of refurbishment, certainly the bedroom windows."
