「Honestly this has to be one of the worst spots I’ve stayed at in Puerto Rico ever and I wish I was being dramatic. As soon as you open the door to your room it smells of old wet rug. The rug looks so dated we wore flip flops indoors our entire stay. It is very dated when you walk in unlike the first floor that gives a modern impression. 「There was nothing good about this place. I felt I was being scammed. We had issues getting into our room because we arrived after hours and the “so called office “ close at 9pm. Tried to contact the host no answer. We had to get another room for the night and came back to this place and found no staff again although the office says open 6a-9p. Called the listed number and someone text back saying they don’t work there anymore and gave us some number which was no help. The pool was nasty there...
