「The front desk staff was very welcoming and willing to help (be patient with them and they will be patient with you!) Enjoyed breakfast, pool area, and cucumber lemon water that was always available in the lobby (helped with the heat). Only downside was people got stuck in the elevator one day of my four day stay, but the staff did the best to get it back in service (it’s kind of out of their hands on getting a service call dispatched). Also, the couch was filthy where you pull out the sofa bed....

「Had an absolutely amazing time as this property is quite beautiful and in a prime location. Most all employees were awesome and the only thing I’d whine about is how much you spend for parking no if’s ands or butts😋

「Great location. We were at the convention center for a few days for a tournament and the BW was walking distance. Airport is very close as well (10mins). Breakfast was great there and Scott was a great asset to the staff at breakfast. He talked to everyone and made sure we had what we needed. Would stay here again. 」
