Was on the 30th floor waited over 20 mins for the elevator. They have security on the elevator that controls it with a key waited half of our vacation waiting for the elevator.

Reception was very pleasant and relatively easy. The valet parking is great and the extra 30$ per day is well worth it. Easy to request your car and confirmation received by text message. The overall experience in the apartment is good however it could use a little love. Maybe fix the doors off their hinges and a full coat of paint rather than patched painted walls. The elevator situation is unacceptable as waits may be as long as 30minutes plus. As we were on the 10th floor we usually used the stairs down.

Elevators are a 25 min wait. Beach chairs and umbrella is a scam - not free as they claim! There is NO restaurant as they claim in website. Apt lacked kitchen utensils, WI FI did not work, toilet was broken and took 3 days for fixing. No can opener or wine opener in kitchen, no hot gloves (almost burned myself), shower curtain was broken, manager was super rude, lost my reservation when checking in. Waited 20 min to check in since only one person at front desk. Parking is a scam- $25/day and you wait forever for your car. DEFINITELY DO NOT a stay there!!!! You’ll be very sorry!!

This might be the worse place I’ve ever been to. The elevators to go up or down take forever. The staff is rude. Check in is a nightmare with huge lineups.

The property is very small, doesn’t like the pictures. The elevators speeds almost 30min , you need to wait a lot of time. I asked the property for my money back and they didn’t refund me. My trip was totally disaster I neve recommend anyone to stay here.

The manager (female) with the dusty blonde hair was extremely rude and disrespectful to guest who weren't Hispanic. I watched this woman as I sat and waited to check in. Unbeknownst to her, I'm Half Cuban and understood everything she said. She also allowed people to check in earlier than others claiming they had an email from the host when others (non hispanics) asked...She was lying. I didn't catch her name but shes short square shaped dusty blonde hair with blk roots AND A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE!! I will not spend another dime at this location. PS..Most of the staff cannot speak clear English. The Condo was cute but a little outdated. The toilet and balcony door was broken. It didn't shut on the living room side. Bedroom TV didn't work either smh They don't have parking and Valet is mandatory and VERY EXPENSIVE.. stay here at your own risk..

This place is terrible!! There are 32 floors in the building and only two elevators with10 people capacity. We were waiting 20-30mi to get downstairs.and end up using the stairs from the 19th floor. We stayed 7 nights The room was never cleaned and the towels were never changed!!! Terrible awful the worst experience ever.

The room was tidy but not clean/sanitary. There description listed a sofa bed but it was only a couch with an extension and no mattress with linen under the couch. Very disappointed.

The property was nice and well maintained. The front desk and valet attendants were very nice. We had to call to get more toilet paper and they were really rude about it, bc we booked through Expedia so they said we had to call another number. It was extremely frustrating bc something as simple as toilet paper should not have been so difficult. Also there was only one working elevator so we had to wait 20 minutes plus each time we needed to leave our room. It really took away from our vacation and left us not wanting to revisit the establishment.

Pro: Staff were friendly and the area was walking distance to the beach. Con: Parts of the room were not up to quality including closet doors off hinges, sink faucet not attached, shower floor missing pieces. Parking is Valet and cost $35/day, higher than what was advertised. In addition, there are only 2 elevators for the whole building with 100 rooms so it would be a while until the elevator came. Advise: Pay extra to stay in another place.

The location was great but that was the only thing I liked. NO ONE WAS WEARING MASKS!!! The parking garage situation was confusing. Did not like that the parking attendant acted like he didn't speak English, then this is not the job for you. The hotel vs Airbnb issue was confusing wasted my time. The room was alright, definitely not worth the price at all! The make you sign off on various things, one being wearing a mask, which I repeat NO ONE WAS WEARING A MASK BESIDES MYSELF. I don't like that I was in a room with an adjoining room. There's more but I don't even feel like getting into it, basically, I would not stay here again!
