"Overall, we had a nice vacation, but the hotel did not meet our expectations. The biggest disappointment was the food. Most of the meals were average at best and lacked flavor. Even though we had an all-inclusive package with three meals a day, we ended up eating outside the hotel most of the time. ..."

"Not sure how this sells and charges as a 5-star hotel as there is nothing of that level on site. The rooms are tatty, furniture is old. The shower flooded half the bathroom area everytime is used, beds are uncomfortable. Try to plug in a charger on the balcony a d the plug came flying out. The restaurant ..."
