This is a beautiful hotel where we were able to relax for a few days following a wonderful breakfast! Despite some construction noise in the distance, our lagoon villa and magnificent views were great and some minor issues with the villa were quickly resolved. We had a wonderful meal at Saffron which we would recommend.

This was my second visit to Banyan Tree in 6 years, and I found the staff to be more friendly and the atmosphere more comfortable. ・For Banyan Tree Management However, there were some imperfections in the service, such as the hammock in out the room being hung on the evening of the 3 or 4 day of our stay, and the few of conditioner. Additionally, as the facility has been in operation for over 10 years, I noticed signs of wear and tear in the furnishings and other areas of the facility. In my case, I communicated with the facility several times about my itinerary between making the reservation and arriving. There were no communication lapses, but I think that if I had been able to communicate directly with the butler once he had been assigned, I would have felt more at ease before my stay and my stay would have been smoother. Despite the significant changes in the world post-COVID-19, the staff have continued to improve. ・For guests quality Like many hotels, the guest demographic has deteriorated compared to 6 years ago, with an increase in guests lacking proper manners. In an era where everyone can easily travel overseas, many people seem to be visiting the resort despite some forcibly, prioritizing the present moment post-pandemic.

Wow!! I cannot stress how beautiful this holiday was. The staff were absolutely incredible, nothing was too much for them . They were helpful , friendly and knowledgeable. The villa was perfect. It was clean , comfortable and nothing hadn’t been thought of . The in room check in after a long journey was a perfect touch . Fresh fruit , tea. Coffee , fresh towels and toiletries were stocked up daily . On the last night we arrived back to a beautiful bath with petals and fresh fruit . All the small things matter to the staff here . I would 100% return . A perfect holiday made better by fabulous staff and setting

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel during our trip with our parents. The entire staff was warm, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. A special thank you to Mr. Tuan, our manager.
