It was clean, the people doing the cleaning are doing a great job! Check in was awkward, guy barely spoke to me and was not friendly. Lady at check out was nice and friendly. The surrounding area is not nice. Air conditioner mades a weird loud hum noise. "

"We had a reservation at a different hotel. After going in the room and finding no toiletries and roaches we looked on the hotels app for someplace else. This place came up we were very happy with this one.very clean and friendly staff. "

"Great overall experience. The property and staff were amazing. We were upgraded rooms upon our arrival which gave a view of the bay and sunset. The only negatives which weren’t big were a couple of down Tesla chargers but we were able to eventually charge in others once they opened up. We will definitely stay again "
