"We loved Naples Plaza so much that we decided to come back on our very last day in Naples — and once again, it was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The staff was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the whole experience made us feel at home. Coming back for a second stay and receiving the same amazing treatment confirmed that our first experience wasn’t just luck — this place truly knows how to make its guests feel special. Naples already holds such a special place in our hearts, and Naples Plaza became part of those beautiful memories. Ending our trip here felt like the perfect goodbye to a city we fell completely in love with. Thank you for welcoming us twice and for making both stays so memorable. "We were in Naples to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and staying at this hotel was our best choice. This hotel is top notch on everything!!! Very good room services, fantastic front desk service, amazing spa, beautiful infinity pool etc. They upgraded our room and gave us a bottle of Champagne for our anniversary. The a la carte breakfast was delicious at the Michelin star restaurant!! We really loved this hotel and will definitely come back!!!"

"The staff was super helpful and communicated well in English. Even though it was a 25 euro taxi ride( highly entertaining)to the waterfront area, it was nice to be up above the hustle and crowds with great views of the city. The rooms are small but very well done with everything you might need."
