We had a large room with air conditioning, and small fridge in the room with a complimentary large bottle of water, good sized bathroom with walk in shower. 「Nightmarish to find and check in. Staff wasn’t there at agreed time. Another guest opened first of three gates/doors and let me in. Nobody was there, but sign stated that sign-in was 20min walk away, so off I went. Of course the main office was closed for a 3hr lunch. After ringing the bell for 20min, a man returned, opened the door, pointed to the “closed hours” sign, went inside and closed the door. Concierge arranged transportation to the airport for us and even arranged for a boxed breakfast since we left for the airport early. The room was very spacious and luxurious.
