「Staff was the best. Free breaksast was a win. Balcony overlooks Piazza but that means many people making noise late at night. Many resaurants close by and some shopping very close. Rooms are nice a little dated but that has its own charm. We enjoyed immensely. Bring an adventurous spirit!」

「In the center of the historical district. Short walking to all major attractions in Naples. It is on a local residential plaza so we got to mingle with the locals. Inside, it is surprisingly large and clean. The lobby and the included breakfast on the patio facing its own courtyard was the highlight of our stay. Highly recommended!」

「As the other reviews indicated, a truly exceptional palace. Magnificent. Huge room. Breakfast area is sureal. The breakfast itself is excellent. It is as though they took over a museum. It is nicer than many museums of palaces I have visited. A truly unique experience. The people are lovely. The only negative is the wifi, which is weak, but a small price to pay for such an exceptional experience. 」

「We were very happy here. The rooms are very clean and the property is very well located.
This is not a fancy place but a very nice place to stay.
Julianna, her adult children and the rest of the staff keep the rooms in tip top condition.
Every day they will prepare your breakfast to eat in your room to start the day.
There are some wonderful small restaurants very close by. Ask Julianna for some recommendations. You will definitely need reservations for the small restaurants.

「We had a pleasant stay overall. The couple at the front desk were wonderful and extremely helpful, and we were very impressed by them. The room was a good size, and the property itself was generally very good. The bed, however, was quite firm.
On the downside, we had no reliable internet for the entire week. The signal was too weak, working for only a minute at a time before cutting out again, and this continued throughout our stay. To their credit, staff did try to fix the problem, but...
