Perfect location, right in between Archeological Museum and Palazzo Reale, near start of Spaccanapoli. Fantastic breakfast spread. Very, very helpful front desk and meal service staff.

As the other reviews indicated, a truly exceptional palace. Magnificent. Huge room. Breakfast area is sureal. The breakfast itself is excellent. It is as though they took over a museum. It is nicer than many museums of palaces I have visited. A truly unique experience. The people are lovely. The only negative is the wifi, which is weak, but a small price to pay for such an exceptional experience.

We arrived late at night and with no instruction from staff as to how to enter the property it was pretty scary, given the neighbourhood. It would have been helpful to have been provided a gate code before check in to ensure we weren't standing outside of the property in the middle of the night for so long.
