「Highly recommend this hotel. Although in the centre of Naples it is very quiet. The only noise was delightful....from birds and children. The rooms and common areas are all well renovated and spotless. The bed was very comfortable with high quality linens. All staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. We did have a little trouble identifying the hotel when the taxi dropped us off down the street outside but once close by the person at the entrance was helpful and assured...

「Location is good and close to the main attractions. A few things I would have liked to know beforehand… breakfast can’t be ordered too early, you can get it around 9am so we went to the local supermarket for bread, cheese and olives. Rooftop area is available from July so we couldn’t use it. Rooms are not soundproof. The owner is helpful」

「The host Virginia was eager to assist and provided good suggestions for dining. The room is newly renovated and very clean. Breakfast provided a lot of choices for fruits. The location of the B&B is very convenient and safe, it is just 10mins walk to the old town area and 5 mins to the seaside. Overall good value to stay in Pantarei.」

「Terrible hotel, two days no A/C very poor management. If you open window very big noise from the street because there is too many bars. They call it HOTEL but level is more close to hostel」

「We used this property as our first and last night in Italy. Worked well for our travel in and out of Naples. Anna was extremely accommodating and friendly. The property itself was in a great spot for getting on the train to Sorrento (Although we did have to take two different ones). Lots of cafes and shopping. 」

「It’s a beautiful hotel with a lot of art and interesting things to look at. Great vibe. The only potential downside is that there are a lot of stairs to get to the rooms and so if you have a lot of luggage or mobility issues, it might not be a good fit for you.」

「Nightmarish to find and check in. Staff wasn’t there at agreed time. Another guest opened first of three gates/doors and let me in. Nobody was there, but sign stated that sign-in was 20min walk away, so off I went. Of course the main office was closed for a 3hr lunch. After ringing the bell for 20min, a man returned, opened the door, pointed to the “closed hours” sign, went inside and closed the door. Walked to cafe for wifi to call the office, …and was told same thing - “closed”. After he...
