「We had a very nice stay at Apartamento Annunziata. The location is super - close to shopping in Via Toledo and Centro Storico. The metro station in Via Toledo is also close, which made it easy to get to Piazza Garibaldi/central station (and onward to Pompeii). The Bed and Breakfast isn't very noticeable on street level, but once you get to the 5th floor and above, you have a lovely view of the city. The terrace on the 7th floor, where we had breakfast, is very nice. We will select this place if...

「The breakfast was a great way to start each day and Paola provided really helpful information on where to go and what to do in the area. With only 5 rooms coming back felt a little like coming home - no big hotel lobby or lines. The location is walkable to Spanish Quarter, the Centrico Storico (old city) and waterfront. 「We absolutely LOVED our stay, wish we had stayed here longer. The hotel and rooms are stunning. It was in the city so with the shutters open you could here the street but at night we closed the shutters and had a great dark and quiet room. VERY convenient to the downtown shopping and Spanish quarters. Loved that we stayed in a historic building, we did a walking tour and our guide talked all about it. You should definitely book your stay here!」

「La Gemma was a beautiful place to stay. The host, Gemma, was such a lovely and hospitable person, making us feel welcome the moment we booked. She went above and beyond with our room and booking, walking us through maps of the area and events happening during our stay. She was also so kind and playfor with our 1 year old, giving her toys and making her a balloon animal. Breakfast was tailored and delicious. Overall a fantastic stay.」

「We drove from the airport. Did not know that GPS does not help in Old Town. Too often went the wrong way down one-way street and had to back out. Drove around and around trying to find the hotel. It’s down an alley with no sign on the little tiny street. Luckily, I inquired in advance about a parking lot. Without that name, we might still be driving around! Next time, don’t drive into Old Town. Let a local Uber get you there. … also, like other European small hotels, this one is on the third...
