"The most important thing is always cleanliness, and sadly, this was a huge fail... Particularly the bathroom, where it matters most. The shower had hair from the previous guests, all over the walls and shower door, the vent/fan was full of dirt and the floors in the shower, as well as the bathroom floor itself, had been swept at best. Everything was extremely outdated... Bathroom: Shower floor had black tiles with lighter walls, there was not one shelf in the shower to put any of your personal items on (razor, shampoo, washcloth), so you had to stack everything on the floor, there was no type of foot stand for women to elevate their legs for shaving, the light from the sink area did not illuminate the shower at all, so it was extremely dark. The soaps on the counter smelled like that horrible grandma/old soap scent from the 1950s and you only got one hook in the bathroom for your towel. And worst of all, you were given only one roll of toilet paper (what was already on the dispenser)! Who does that! Additionally, upon check-in, I had requested extra towels and was told they would be brought to our room in the morning, but they never came. I had to call the desk at night after a long day, which took at least 25 rings for someone to answer, to get the towels. All ice machines were down, except for the one clear in the lobby, available part of the time, no USB-A or USB-C ports in the room, poor lighting and TV was extremely frustrating & outdated. Will not return! "
