I had a very lovely stay! The location is great…very close to everything you could possibly need. The room was spotless and had lots of amenities…fridge and microwave were perfect! The bed was super comfy too! They have laundry on site and you can also refill water legacy was very helpful! Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. I look forward to returning to this property and highly recommend!

Just passing through for the night so didn't need anything fancy. For the money, a great place to stay. I requested a ground floor room as stairs can be tough for me at times. Not only did they give me a 1st level room, they gave me a whole ADA accessible room which was very thoughtful but not necessary. The room had a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, single serve coffee maker, and iron. Bed was nice and firm. Bathroom was clean and came with soaps and lotions. Room keypads use part of your phone number so no keys to mess with. Late check out but no breakfast provided. Excellent value for the cost, only real complaint was the spotty and slow wifi.

Great property so close to the parks! It was so easy to walk with 2 toddlers each day. Comfortable beds, great shower pressure too! The family suite was perfect and very spacious as well. Only real complaint was the noise, but not really the fault of the property. Lots of little ones, but mostly the very loud trash trucks every morning before 6 am.

I like that the room had a refrigerator and microwave. The hotel is located in area that is very close to a lot of restaurants and shops. It was very easy to get to Monterey from the hotel. The only real is issue was the constant noise from the then walls. I would stay here again the next time I visit the area.

Clean room, tidy bed, air conditioning was great, TV is huge & can use a lot of things there. Only thing is that it’s a bit outdated & the walls are thin. Apart from that everything was great!

Air conditioning and fridge worked great. Convenient location and parking right out front of rooms. Good option if you’re on a budget and don’t have kids. Floors felt very dirty and the shower was gross.

Property is being improved. Our mattress was good, the little refrigerator worked fine and the AC/heater worked fine. We rented two rooms for ourselves and my son with two of his daughters. Great location and excellent value compared to the cost of surrounding hotels.

This was a great budget friendly option. The staff was very kind. I believe the gentleman I interacted/checked in with was also the owner, he was always onsite and ready to help with anything but not overbearing to the point where you felt watched. I feel like this helps keep the riff raft trouble makers away. The room was cleaned every day when we left. The sheets, blankets, and bed were comfortable and smooth. The hand soap, body/hand soap, and conditioner were all liquid pump bottles with good smelling soap inside. The cleanliness of these rooms are notable, no funny smells lingering when you walk in, the furnishing is updated, and everything except the bedding(which seems to get cleaned regularly) are easy to clean/wipe surfaces. Everything worked. Parking was easy, we even got a spot each day we were able to see our car from.
