Eddie was an amazing host. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well served and attended. Rooms were clean with no foul smells. Very well done at this Best Western.

The room was nice. The breakfast was OK. My kids liked the waffle maker. My only gripe is the check in. We waited over and hour and a half to check in because they were short staffed in the housekeeping department. The poor lady at the front desk was alone with no support. She had to field the angry mob that was forming. We arrived at 6:45 pm which should give enough time to clean rooms. Doubt we'd stay again.

This was not my first stay, and the reason is that my family and I LOVE this Inn. It may not be a Five-Star hotel by Tourism requirements, but it sure is by my "family" standards. The front desk staff (especially Eddie), the housekeepers and maintenance staff become like family to the guests, and fulfill all guest needs with great courtesy and promptness (above & beyond the call of duty). Whether it is room provisions, collection of packages, the breakfast goodies, guest accomodations of check-out etc, nothing is too much to do for the guests as far as the Best Western staff is concerned. Rooms, linens are clean, breakfast is more than adequate. Parking is a little tight, but still adequate for a realatively small to moderate sized inn. Location is great and surrounded by basic amenities. Definitely a great Value for money ! Highly recommended !!
