My daughter had showered at night and called them to ask if we could have an extra blanket, the lady was short with her and told her she was the only person there and she had to go down and get it herself, I heard my daughter say “oh ok”, didn’t say anything rude back, but she didn’t go down because she wasn’t dressed, the front desk lady ended up coming up on her own and was angry and rude to my daughter, no one told her to come up, handed my daughter...

「The floor in my room was not mopped,I stayed for 4 nights and during that time my room was not serviced at all during my stay.My trashed was not change,no new sheets on the bed.And toiletrees were not stocked.Floor was not mopped.For the priced I paid, I would imagine that would have a clean and proper stocked amenities in my room.Very disappointed!!!」

「Rooms couldn’t separate noises from door way of the building or next room’s TV sounds. People had a party (drinking alcohol, laughing and loudly talking) at the door way outside rooms from 9:00pm to 5:00am and make the customers at other rooms couldn’t sleep at all. Called the front desk for helping to intervene them and to have their party at their room but the front desk people fear to intervene. 」

「The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there is no notification that you have to be a member to enjoy the “free breakfast.” If you’re not a member it’s like $12.50 per person, but they didn’t tell us until we were already there three days. That needs to be disclosed at check-in!」
