「The front desk folks have rbf down lol. My daughter had showered at night and called them to ask if we could have an extra blanket, the lady was short with her and told her she was the only person there and she had to go down and get it herself, I heard my daughter say “oh ok”, didn’t say anything rude back, but she didn’t go down because she wasn’t dressed, the front desk lady ended up coming up on her own and was angry and rude to my daughter, no one told her to come up, handed my daughter...
