Our stay started off poorly when we pulled back the sheets on both beds the first night and found brown stains on the bedding. We notified the front desk immediately and were moved to another room. 「Room was clean, one of the queen beds sheets did have a stain along with one of the pillow cases. One pillow was well past it's life and probably was due to be replaced. Overall the room was very clean and the hotel had a great bistro with very friendly and helpful staff.」

「The room was nicely clean, Jesús and the rest of the staff are very friendly, attentive, and courteous and really helpful so you find everything you need. The breakfast is great, there is always someone checking that the items don't run out, and there's a lot of choices for everyone. There are a bunch of stores nearby and every thing I wanted to see from Jacksonville was no more than 30 minutes away.」

「The room was clean, check in was easy, bed comfy, AC worked well, staff was nice. Nice small kitchenette- I didn't use it, but good to know they have it for the future. I booked this very last minute when out day trip unexpectedly turned into an overnight trip. Close to restaurants, stores and movie theater. 」

「When I went in I had to plug in the hdmi in the tv with the remote limited of what it does with the tv. The smoke detector battery was in the wrong way so the first day the kids and I had difficulties with the noise but I managed to fix it.」
