「Well, I’ll start with the pros. The hotel and staff are great. Now, I’m assuming they must have paid for any reviews that say the food is 5 stars. First thing I tried: The outdoor “tiki taco” serves stale chips and shriveled-up hot dogs and something resembling a taco tasted so bad everything out there the cheese stuff for the nachos tasted like bargain brand artificial gross I figured that the steak restaurant would be good; you needed to come early and wait in line, so it has to be yummy, I...

「2 wings of the Building is a bit old, while the central one in front is newer. The pool was beautiful and clean as the staff were on-top of their duties. However, the food was poor, especially the restaurants that required booking (Hacienda). The buffet was ok with nothing spectacular. We kept going back there as it had more options and we could mix the meals with some sauces to add taste. I've had better meals at other all-inclusive resorts. 」
