「To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. 「Very friendly staff . Our flight got there a few hours early and they allowed us to check in which was amazing. Francisco went above and beyond to take our bags into our room and showed us around the hotel. This location is walking distance from the Malecón which is the shopping strip with lots of vendors. 10/10 would recommend. I plan on coming back next year」
