「El lugar está muy bien, no le pongo 5 estrellas por la falta de comunicación. Desde que llegamos, las personas en caseta no sabían que habíamos reservado por Expedia, nos dijeron que ya debíamos tener contraseña y número de cuarto cuando nadie se había comunicado con nosotros. Además intentaron hacernos el cobro desde varios días antes, cuando la app nos dejó seleccionar la opción de pagar el total el día que llegáramos. El primer día no nos dieron brazalete porque se les habían terminado, pero...

「There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again」

「We were a bit nervous because of the location. We were shown our room and the amenities. We decided to stay. Best decision ever. Staff were the best from front desk, waiters, concierge, tour info. We had a massage that was amazing. Pool area very relaxing and food they served was great and so were the drinks. We will definitely stay at Gran Miramar in the near future. Thank you all for such a great experience 😊」

「The hotel room view very nice ,u can hear the natural voice~ sea and bird. The restaurant also good , can try the mexico food ,and the staff very friendly to recommend the food & good service. Autully i only stay one night at this hotel, and other 3day i stay at other hotel, and my fd leave the iphone charge in the room, he is a good guy. He was send the charge to our hotel by himself. 「Everything was perfect right from the time we booked this hotel. Check in was seamless, staff is super friendly and the whole property is spotless. We had a family suite on the bottom floor and it was perfect, lots of room for our 3 young kids. There is plenty of bottled water on each floor, a good pizza shop attached to the building plus a convenience and beer store less than a minute walk up the street. 「Our room overlooked the Park with all of the mosaic benches, it was so pretty! We were just a few steps from the beach and a short walk to the Pier. There were lots of bars, dancing, shopping, and restaurants within a few blocks. It was a great location in the Romantic Zone!」

「Great location. Close to the beach, pier and the boardwalk. Restaurants nearby are great. Hotel is fancy and in great condition. Rooftop bar is a must check. 」

「The place is nice and quiet and comfortable, however the WiFi is only in the bedroom making it very unsatisfactory to use. Only one blanket in the room and 2 pillows, the bed is not comfortable at all. The pool water is dirty and they do not keep the filters on making the water filthy. But overall everything else was fine. The staff is awesome.」

「The AC leaked on us all night. Could not sleep. Everything was falling apart from the ice bucket to the hanging soap dish. Extra cost for swimming towels, everything. Good for the price and location. Great place if you want to stay near locals and the swimming pool is awesome. 」
