「Absolutely lovely and quiet place to stay in Jacksonville. The property is an upscale charming motel/hotel property, tucked away in cute corner on the main road, 238, heading out of town. Lots of trees in the lot. My double bed room was spacious, with a high ceiling, calming decor and comfortable beds. Very clean room.
I especially appreciated the large refrigerator that also had a small freezer for ice packs. (Good for road trippers.)

「I really enjoyed our stay here, but through Expedia, I rented an ADA room, but when I arrived they had no knowledge of the request. They were able to find us a room with a walk in shower, but it had no safety bars, so I was not able to use it. Next time, I will not go through Expedia, but will reserve directly through the hotel.」

「I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist had a very poor service attitude. It was already 11:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel, and we wanted to check in and rest immediately. However, the room arranged by the front desk was not the one I had originally booked. They assigned me to room 115, which had a bad smell and a very dirty bathroom. I said you didn't want that room, but the front desk receptionist said there were no other rooms...
