「We loved our stay at Fenwick Shores. It’s a nice quiet hotel and is within minutes of Ocean City. I felt extremely safe because you have to use your keycard to even use the elevators. Parking is on site, all the staff was friendly, and the room was clean! The ONLY complaint & it’s a really dumb one was the wifi was weak & phone service is bad. I think because I have kids & my grandmother is extremely sick it irritated me. Other than that we had an amazing time & will be back soon.」

「We arrived at the breakfast area at 9:20 and found there was no bread left. At 9:40, a staff member was already standing at the entrance, as if discouraging guests from continuing with breakfast. The breakfast options were extremely scarce, and well before the 10:00 AM closing time, quite a few items had already been removed. I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.」

「The day I arrived and got to my room, I found the shower faucet was not working properly later. I turned, I pulled and twisted to the best of my ability and no water would come out. I reported it to the front desk. The next day I called and talked to Andre, the manager and he rudely said it was working fine and he would show me how to use it. 「Love staying here and will return time and time again. The rooms are always clean. You’re right near the ocean. They give you free ice in a bag and coupon discounts to the local attractions. They could have a better selection for the free breakfast. They do need to maintain the properties a little better. For the price, just the bed quality and proximity to beach makes me super happy!」

「Love the hotel and how clean it is the staff is pretty nice, however disliked the pool because people comes from the beach to wash the sand off including their sandals, the hotel has two showers outside my guess if there is a line people won’t wait and they just come to the pool to rinse the sand off, there is no excuse for that I visited the beach and I rinse myself outside. 「Room looked newly renovated and clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was a bit springy, so it wasn’t the best nights sleep, but manageable for a weekend. Direct beach access and ample parking for patrons. Pool was great and clean. We didn’t get housekeeping while we were there but it was offered. Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries which was quite a surprise! AC was pumping during the heat wave. You have to go to Dunes to check in, but there’s signage to direct you there. Honestly...
