The manager guy stated that they didn't list "air-conditioned" in room description on the booking page, so it's a fair play, and i should check the room description more carefully. 「The motel is very shabby. The room is a bit dim and smelly. I could not say I received a warm service although I got the answers of all my questions from the reception. There is no kitchen utensils so I could do nothing with it. Laundry service is a bit expensive. The most expensive one that I have ever had in NZ. The corridor was noisy.
