「Friendly, easygoing staff. Was given a surprise upgrade to a suite, too! While I didn't have a waffle, they smelled amazing. 」

「Hot tub was not filled all the way and the chlorine burned our eyes. The waffle makers need to be updated because even with spray the waffles stuck. There were oranges, apples, waffles, milk, coffee, cereal, muffins and raisin bagels and toast. No eggs, sausage or bacon.. there was some oatmeal and juices too.. overall we did like staying tho. The kids enjoyed the pool」

「The biggest issue is unresponsive staff. Very hard to get service. No coffee or milk at breakfast, but they had cold cereal. Receptionist had to run to the store for milk at 8:00 am, and we were the only guests at the hotel. 」

「Miss lead. Specifically asked about pool and was told it would be opened. Arrived and closed entire time we're booked. Have children on this vacation. I did not receive notification it was closed. Staff was dismissive and unapologetic. Said I could get a room somewhere else. Traveled along day to have to figure it out at a moments notice. Heat on room could've adjust. Same employee told me to wait he'd be up later to check out...was a switch on wall we found ourselves. Rooms are clean,...

「The breakfast was great. The most option I've ever had for breakfast. Plus Alonda the breakfast lady was GREAT. I will be back just for the breakfast and nice tucked away location for sure」

「May be the reason for the early morning, no one in the hall, almost to sleep, the key and the name on the door do not match, looking for a long time, the room is very hot, the air is not cold enough, the bed is also covered with plush cushions! Health is generally not very satisfactory.」

「Older hotel but well maintained, staff is helpful and very friendly. Hays off to the lady who ran the buffet Easter weekend, she was incredible! Would definitely stay again!!」
