「Room was clean but after I was given the ok to check in a little later than 3, we arrived and had to wait an additional 30 minutes because the room wasn't clean yet. Then on 2 separate occasions we tried to use the pool and it was out of order. Then I was given a price on Expedia and charged nearly double after the stay.」

「The room was clean and the staff were great. The only problem was the air conditioner in the room that made a lot of noise which did not let us sleep and we could not shut it down since it was hot. Something needs to be done.」

「We paid extra for the kitchenette room, so we were a bit surprised to find the cabinets and drawers completely empty when we arrived. There was information in the room indicating that the front desk could provide kitchen supplies and utensils, but it took some time for them to locate everything we needed. Fortunately, we were able to get the items later, and everything worked out. Aside from that, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.」

「We did end up having to switch at midnight due to a problem with the a/c. Our initial room was clean and updated, and the a/c had worked when we first arrived. We had then went out and came back to the a/c not working. The emergency move room was not very clean at all. The floors had not been mopped in quite some time and you definitely could tell. The second room also looked like it was still being worked on. Unfortunately there were no other options at that time. I was relieved that it was...
