「My stay at Margaritaville St. Thomas was one of the most disappointing resort experiences I’ve ever had. There was absolutely no housekeeping for the entire stay — no cleaning, no fresh towels, no basic room upkeep. It felt like the resort had completely abandoned even the minimum standard of guest care. The situation was made worse by the unwelcoming, uninterested, and unprofessional staff. At every point of contact, it was clear that guest service was not a priority.I strongly do not recommend...

「Loved this hotel and would stay there again without hesitation. Fun, funky hotel with a spectacular view, from both the room and the onsite restaurant. Complimentary breakfast was good. Complimentary beverage at check-in. Really enjoyed staying here.」

「Beautiful view about a mile up the “hill” from Magens Bay-comfortable room, pool, coffee shop for easy breakfast runs before venturing out-easy access to island in any direction -and cat sanctuary so lots of friends roaming」

「Stayed one night, that’s the maximum I’d stay here. Perfect location if you’re looking to walk to airport other than that it’s very dated, no amenities or food. You’d have to drive somewhere to get it.」

「All of the staff were always helpful and pleasant including the taxi drivers. Taco taxi is a must so much fun. You do need a dry bag to swim from the boat to the restaurant. Snorkel while your there totally awesome and worth every dime.」

「This is a great property on a steep hill. Owner Lyndsay was VERY helpful and provided an introduction to the property even volunteering to help me with luggage. The site is walking distance from the downtown area.」

「The Island View was charming, the views were fantastic, and the staff were friendly and attentive! We had an earlier morning and they were very kind to make us a breakfast to go. Food was great! If I had to come up with any complaint it would be that the pool (shaded for a good portion of the day) was a bit chilly, but my husband didn’t mind that.」
