「I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. There was no cleaning done to Room #301. I had to ask for towels and bath mats daily. One of the electric outlets had black burn marks on it. We didn't touch it. We had to empty our bedroom/bathroom trash daily. No one came to the room at all. There was no bed linen change either. The room was clean when we got there. 「This was a wonderful property! It is definitely an older hotel- but that is the charm! The new owners are clearly taking loving care of it. In that district, everything is older, and it is very well maintained and clean. It is in a PERFECT location to talk to some great places to eat, shop, or get coffee. 「We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage, and we thought the rooms looked very nice. We had an issue with the cottage being warm most of the night as well as the TV not working properly. We reached out to staff, and they didn’t contact us until the next morning, which is when we were leaving. 「We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was in the building right next to the upper pool on the cliff; this was very convenient. We liked that the grill there was open in the evenings too. Walking down was a trek, but we mostly called for pickups (and used them for drop offs too) and only ever had to wait a long time the day we checked out. When we left our room to check things out we learned that if you rent a vehicle, which we did, you are charged a daily valet fee of $40 even if you do not use your vehicle for the day.
