「Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. 「The bedrooms are extremely misleading in the photos they’ve posted. Most of the rooms don’t have windows that lead to outside - they lead to the hallways everyone walks by to get to other rooms. The windows don’t have glass panels on them so the air conditioners are working overtime to keep the rooms cool but struggling to do that job fighting the hot air coming in from outside. 「Wow! What an amazing property in a great location. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful, the pool area on the roof was great, so peaceful and beautiful. We got upgraded which was a pleasant surprise but the entire property is beautiful, has to be one of the best places to stay in the area. Slept great, had a great time walking around and exploring. Want to come back!」
